Quality policies

The Administration of BALL HEAD SYSTEM S.L. publishes, through this document, the Quality Policy of the company for the knowledge and compliance of all employees that make up the organization.

This Policy is implemented through BALL HEAD SYSTEM’s Quality Management System, developed in accordance with the requirements of UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2008, UNE-EN ISO 13485: 2012 and Royal Decree 1591/2009, related to medical devices.

In fact, the Quality Policy is associated from the beginning to our corporate culture.
It is implemented in the following actions:

    • Establish and maintain an effective Management System, applying continuous improvements in the optimization of the company’s processes and activities, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of the customer’s expectations in all products and services provided.
    • To develop products with state-of-the-art technology, forcing us to permanently research new solutions that incorporate the latest existing applications.
    • To prepare each person to foster responsibility, personal growth and integrity, creating open communication in a climate of mutual respect and trust that fosters motivation and teamwork.
    • Assume the commitment to comply with all legal requirements and regulations that affect our activity, and especially our
      products.
    • To contribute to social progress by contributing to an improvement in the quality of life associated with technological advances, which requires a high level of sensitivity to the use and destination of our products.

All this provides a framework for the establishment and review of the organization’s objectives, through the commitment to meet the requirements and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
