An independent UPC study demonstrated that the Ball Head System (BHS) offers superior torsional strength compared to Allen and Hexalobe connections, especially under angulation, maintaining its integrity and allowing safe unscrewing even after extreme stresses; furthermore, surface coatings such as DHC-TR, TiN and CrN further increase its performance, confirming BHS as a more reliable, durable and efficient solution in demanding prosthetic applications.
