Protocol
DIRECT CASTING

Why choose the DIRECT CASTING Protocol?

The DIRECT CASTING protocol is designed for laboratories that work with traditional techniques and seek precision without sacrificing flexibility. It allows modeling and casting directly on angled castable cylinders, facilitating optimized access to the screw channel adapted to the patient’s anatomy. It is a practical, fast and multi-alloy compatible solution.

What do you need?

  • Screw BHS30
  • Screwdriver BHS30
  • Angled Calcinable Cylinder 10|20|30°.
  • Materials: Casting in CrCo, CrNi, Ti, Pd, Au,…
Optimized manual technique
Angled calcinable cylinders (10°, 20°, 30°)
Compatibility with multiple materials
Reduction of rectification times
Reliable results without CAD/CAM

Technical Characteristics of the Protocol
DIRECT CASTING

LAB
Observation of the implant analog and selection of the Angled Calcinable Cylinder to be used according to the severity of the case to be restored.
LAB
Insertion and orientation of the Angled Calcinable Cylinder on the implant analog and tightening of the adjustment screw to obtain an angled access canal with optimal design and emergence.
LAB
Cutting and adjustment of the Angled Calcinable Cylinder according to the anatomy of the prosthesis and antagonist.
LAB
Waxing and modeling of the structure on the Angled Calcinable Cylinder.
LAB
Metal casting of the structure
LAB
Manual finishing of the connection to improve its adjustment on the implant analog.
LAB
Final adjustments to the structure, if applicable, ceramic loading, glazing and finishing.
