Case Study 4

MULTIPLE PROSTHESIS AESTHETIC ANTERIOR SECTOR

Solution for the prosthetic emergence of a Multiunit pillar with BHS30 system and aesthetic finishing to avoid invasion of the 32 lateral incisor’s mastication cusp.

a. Multiunit pillar emergence correction by BHS MU M1.4 screw, which prevents from invading the mastication cusp of the lateral incisor (32).

b. Comparison of optimization in the vertical dimension of the screw access hole, once the work is completed.

c. Visual differentiation of BHS screws, which ensures the use of the appropriate tool, protecting the integrity of the screw head. Final appearance from the vestibular side, once aesthetic finishing has been performed.
